  February 12, 2019 - My first Domaine Ott Rose (have heard such good things for years). Nose: Very minerally with faint strawberry aromas underneath. Palate: Very elegant with firm acids, somewhat ripe strawberries, watermelon and traces of the minerality. Very balanced yet lengthy finish. Best Cotes de Provence Rose I've had. Just superb.
