  February 12, 2019 - Structure, balance, integration, maturity, Italian south, it's all there. A bit of oak, austere earth, evolved red and darker fruit, floral tones, a rustic note and a bit of a bite all contribute to the pleasure of savouring this juicy, smooth aglianico. This is an adult compared to many fruity, sweet, south Italian youngsters promoted nowadays.
  To be honest, I tried it then with some Fourme d'Ambert, but that was not the best match, because of lack of aggressivity in this friendly red wine.
