  February 15, 2019 - Relatively rich style for Du Tertre, in sync with the vintage. Stylish and elegant but with more gravitas and depth than usual, and not as marked by the Cabernet Franc as in cooler vintages. Perfect weight, displays real harmony and finesse, but (unusually for Du Tertre) a bit brooding at present. I have no doubt that it will be more expressive and forthcoming in 2-3 years time, and its future looks bright (93 potential) - until 2035 or so.
