  February 23, 2019 - If you open now, I suggest a 30 minute decant. Initial nose and finish had some brett/petrol notes. Not off-putting, but once it blew off the wine was fantastic. It continued to gain nuance as it opened in the glass. Served pre-meal and it was enjoyed by all.
