  February 23, 2019 - I decanted through aerator about two hours before consuming with prime aged fillet, roasted vegetables, and au gratin potatoes. A lovely Merlot based Super Tuscan that reminded me more of Bordeaux than Tuscany. Was an excellent pairing with the meal and was enjoyed by all.
