  February 26, 2019 - Pale garnet (almost brown) in colour, this cab franc icewine had a strong aroma of strawberry-rhubarb pie. Body and sweetness were both high, while tannins and acidity were low. Strawberry-rhubarb was the dominant flavour on the palate. This was enjoyable in a small 50 mL dose, and was delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
