    Current perception of sweetness is in line with a younger feinherb, present and quite low. The acidity almost fools you into thinking it is dry. I recently pulled the cork on another 2001 JL Wolf Riesling that was totally oxidized, so based on these 2 data points, I would not wait much longer unless kept in a very cool cellar.
