  March 3, 2019 - Opened and poured which did it little justice. Very light in colour, almost colourless. Bouquet citrus, melon, hint of vanilla and rocky minerals. Elegant and refined in the mouth, again citrus and melon, nice mineralogy. Just wish I could have given it more time. I’d buy more to do it justice.
