  March 3, 2019 - Unscrew and pour, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, raspberry, cinnamon, iron, and bacon fat with hints of smoke and cocoa powder. Palate: Medium bodied, sweet red fruit - raspberry and cherry - and Asian spice attack, a little hint of bacon fat smooths over the spice through the mid-palate, flavors persist nicely thru the back-end where earthiness and minerals appear. Finish: Medium length, 30-45 seconds, showing spicy dark red fruit, earth and minerals.
