  March 8, 2019 - Corked. No rating. More of a sentimental selection than anything else, this bottle is the last of its kind (at least in our cellar). My wife & I used to drink this stuff back when we first started dating; namely at a place called Bejas Bistro in Fredericksburg, TX that has long since closed. It was bothering me knowing that this bottle was sitting on one of our racks with a small chance of actually being drinkable. Tonight I put it to the test. Fail. But to no one’s surprise. The wine goes down the drain but the memories remain.
