  May 6, 2008 - Youthful garnet core with a slight fade at the rim. Decanted a couple of hours before drinking. Nose not massively expressive. Some violets and a note of herbs. Light and delicate on the palate. Blackcurrant, graphite, stone fruits and minerals. Dry but not drying. Lots of fine tannin and some good acidity - clearly in need of more time but has the raw materials to develop.
