  March 11, 2019 - Slow ox'ed for half an hour. Medium ruby in appearance; ripe earthy cherries and raspberries on the nose with a hint of a bloody butcher's block. There are ripe deep red fruits with some sweetness accompanying blackberries and dried orange rinds on the palate. Medium bodied with a medium finish. Drink now or for the next 3-4 years.
