  March 12, 2019 - A damn fine bottle. I gave this little air. Upon opening the wine looked way young for a 22+ year old bottle. The super light gold then got darker for the last few glasses. A mineral bomb with light petrol and flint on the nose with lemon oil. Acidity was high on opening and then settled down. This has the structure to go another 10-15. I do not see much room for improvement in the already great bottling. Paired well with a black cod.
