  March 14, 2019 - Initially muted, but quickly opened up. Somewhat nutty, maybe almond skins, on the nose, with something floral and slightly oaky. The mouth feel is a bit creamier than I anticipated. Not as much minerality as I'm accustomed to, in a Sauv Blanc. Looong finish. A bit too young. But delicious.
