  March 10, 2019 - Spectacular nose (I am terrible at describing aromas, not gonna try). Really nice to drink on its own, the sugar and the acidity in harmony, although the grip will likely ease up more with age. On the second day, the fruit was slightly muted, but it was better balanced. Very good wine. But I am beginning to accept that the secs are more my thing.
