March 18, 2019 - Decanted for two hours. A little sediment at the end so don't decant the entire bottle. Nice barnyard nose and typical Bordeaux. QPR is decent with this wine as it is at a lower price point. That being said the wine is a little thin, not heavily extracted and devoid of the layers of flavors found in the top Chateau. Body and structure is light and the finish fairly short. I would say that while worth the money this wouldn't be a special occasion wine but just a decent wine for a weekend dinner.
