  March 19, 2019 - 30 min double decant and improved with air. Much better than my last bottle, starting to see what everyone seems to be saying about his wine. Lots of oak, but pretty well integrated, a nose of classic Rioja. A dark forrest fruit to start follwed by some fairly stong tannin on the mid palate and a very long, slightly drying finish. I can see this improving over the next 5 or so years - certainly no rush.
