  March 20, 2019 - Wonderful bottle with spicy Asian fare. Golden yellow in color. Not much nose to speak of. Lovely palate that was balanced and smooth. Honey richness, but not overly sweet. Some steel and minerals with a minor hint of petrol from time
  To time. Should last many more years, but drinking beautifully at the moment.
