  March 24, 2019 - Vinturi aerated followed by a 90min decant. Minor sediment present. Dark purple. Muted black cherries and blackberries on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Medium-full bodied. Smooth, well balanced. Medium long finish. Still has room to evolve.
