March 25, 2019 - PNP. cork perfect. color ruby. nose i get a little smoke and cherry. swishing shows acid and tannin structure, and the tannin is a little grippy. cherry fruit is the dominant flavor, which is slippery and balances the structure. the best passetoutgrain i have tried.
