  March 30, 2019 - Black cherry, with hints of red creeping in the longer it was open along with plum, spices and earth notes on the nose. Close to medium bodied (12.3% ABV) black cherry upfront, adding a combination of red cherry and plum through the middle and then bringing in tart red cherry and strawberry, nearly cranberry notes. Really nice acidity on the backside and through the finish contributes length, overall structure and positive contrasts for the fruit. Showing quite well now, so waiting this long for my first bottle was a good call. Should continue to develop slowly (glass cork) and I will try my next bottle in late Q1 2020.
