  April 6, 2019 - Decanted 2 hours, deep red color, a bit cloudy, but no sediment
  Nose has hints of spice and earth
  First taste is mostly dark red fruit and tannin
  Each subsequent sip reveals more complex fruit Palate is smooth, chewy, not yet soft
  At 3 hours, just delicious and long with unique and pleasant aftertaste that says drink more
  So glad I finally opened and tasted this
