  April 6, 2019 - That is Barolo heaven. Decanted for 2 hours before serving. Colour: brownish garnet. Nose: out of this world - lively, voluptuous and perfumed, saturation of flavour - nettles, rose petal, black currant, tar. Palate: mature tannins, mouth drying but rounded. Long finish. 2003 was a difficult year in Piedmont but this bottle has not reached its peak. Quite an experience.
