April 5, 2019 - I felt this was quite elegant for a Medoc, especially as it gained air. Felt the Cab dominated, with lots of dark berry, some cassis, some tobacco, and perhaps herb - but woven together in a way with no harsh edges. One of 5 wines (!) at our dinner at Whitehouse-Crawford in WW during Cayuse release weekend. Was wonderful to compare to the '95 Quilceda Creek and others that we had that night.
