  April 6, 2019 - Restaurant purchase, opened and decanted. This opened up fairly quickly over the course of the dinner - a bit "dusty" and tight at opening, smoothing out to be an excellent pair with wild Guinea Fowl. I would say this benefits from food quite a bit, particularly early on - could well develop over a longer decant, but we didn't give it the chance, it was too good with the food to leave any behind.
