  4/10/19, 7:43 AM - Deux, four nights? You can make it last that long? :-) Regardless, this is one of our favorites as well. (And on a separate note, finally opened a bottle of the Tondonia Rosado — outstanding!)

  4/10/19, 12:21 PM - Hi westopherguy, I'd love to experience the Rosado again, after my few sips last Sept. Re the Tondonia blanco -- we string most bottles we open out to three or more nights (corked, sometimes topped with inert gas, always refrigerated) -- this way, we have a sampling of 5-6 wines each night with dinner. And tho we love Tondonia blanco, it a bit difficult to pair with some foods. (Goes great with almonds, lime-infused dishes, and fire grilled Turbot -- but hard to fine the latter where we live.) What other foods do you fine that it pairs well with?
