  April 13, 2019 - Dark ruby. Lacking fragrance of much. A tough attack on the palate. A bit too much hard work. Where's the fruit and candy? This really isn't top-drawer so there's no need for it to be extracted like this. Nero d'Avola can and should be so much more fun than this. Lots of framework and bitter finish. Not convinced, and a bit overpriced (DeSpar in Sicily at. c. 12 Eur). Drinkable though. 85?
