  April 18, 2019 - A couple of small pours, a bit too warm, served in an odd glass, so I won’t put a number on this - but I still can’t help but thinking the best days of the 89 Pichon Comtesse are behind it. Cassis, pencil, stem - but that beautiful lavender and richness that used to totally complete this haven’t been present in the last 3 or 4 bottles.
