  I have found that so many wines improve over days. In fact a good 2-3 percent of my notes involve tasting notes days later. Wines especially white wines that are more fully extracted tend not to survive well over night and I was waiting to taste the day but never got to it, so my 2nd night tasting note was just that... a note to provide 2nd day experience.
