  April 21, 2019 - If you are going to open this wine right now, I suggest decanting it and letting it breathe for a minimum of two hours. It has passed its youthful, grapey phase and moved into a place where it is leaner with fairly prominent, though not hard, tannins. After two hours it begins to knit together and express its kaleidoscope of flavors. Fabulous bottle, but needs time to breathe.
