  April 24, 2019 - Easy drinking, balanced, and with just little more complexity than one would expect for this price point and varietal. I continue to be pleasantly surprised as I explore some of the new world primitivo and barbera wines. I suspect the new world climate and use of oak are imparting a little more flavor and gravitas to these wines. I have already asked my wine store to set aside the remaining bottles for me.
