  April 26, 2019 - Tasted side by side with the 2006. Interesting comparison- the 2006 was in a really good place. Both wines had this great perfume nose to them with hints of lavender. However, the 2014 was much more ripe and sweet. Perhaps this simply needs more time, but on this night, the 2006 was far superior and enjoyable. Side note- the 2014 Realm The Bard that we finished with was the weakest wine of the night- maybe palette fatigue, but the wine was very primary, very sweet, and way too indulgent. Nobody enjoyed.
