  April 27, 2019 - Ripe black fruits, but not a fruit bomb. Balanced oak, a bit of spices. Very good overall balance with enough acidity & tannin to balance fruit (but not too much). Need at least 2 hours aeration at this stage. Likely to further improve over next 3 to 5+ years.
