  April 27, 2019 - Nose: surprisingly honeyed, especially as it warmed up in the glass. Also lemon peel and lees. Hint of something tropical. I’m not sure I could have distinguished it from a Chenin Blanc.
  
  Palate: medium body, high acidity. Citrus, minerals, with a real ‘zing’ but balanced with a solid backbone. Very enjoyable with creamy tuna pasta as recommended in “Wine Food” book.
