  April 28, 2019 - Bought 4 bottles at the tasting room in Templeton. Opened the first tonight.
  
  Medium purple color. Aromas of pepper, plum, and spice. The palate is forward with mixed berry flavors, cherry, licorice, and vanilla. The wine is dry with light tannins, medium acidity, and medium+ alcohol.
  
  The future of the next three bottles is bright. Will open one per year to monitor its development. Already can't wait :)
