  May 4, 2019 - Popped and poured. Medium ruby colour. Lovely nose with hints of morello cherries, floral perfume, roasted almonds and cedar-wood. Light on its feet, but still exhibits plenty of depth and substance. Good to go, but will keep for quite a few more years. Great stuff!
