  May 4, 2019 - Poured after the blind offerings from Piedmont. One has to cap off a Piemontese tasting with a nice Moscato d’Asti, and this fit the bill. Less citrus than I remembered, just a lovely, complex dessert sparkler. Could drink this anytime.
