  May 5, 2019 - This young wine was ready for consumption after a 2 hour decant. Primarily dark red and black in the glass with matching fruit. Nice structure, full in body and smooth with the signature style of Benoit Touquette. There was something missing on day 1 and I couldn't put my finger on it but I have some left and will try to figure it out.
