  May 9, 2019 - 12.5% - Clear, med to pale gold / clean, med intensity - lemon flesh, golden apple, honeysuckle, chalky, fresh butter / dry, med+ tart acidity, med to light body, creamy texture, med to pronounced intensity, med+ length. This one totally hit the spot for a Village Chablis, well balanced with a gorgeous fruit profile. 89+

  Did you had a chance to taste de new 2019 ? It seem's to be a very good "classic" vintage, less warm than the 2 previous one!!

  3/9/21, 11:10 AM - Hi Manukey - didn`t open or buy any 2019 so far, did you? You just made me look into saq website to see that the 19 chablis from Droin are available online & in-store... Most likely a future purchase :)
