May 11, 2019 - Quite a nice wine from Tuscany -- still young, but already rather compelling. The blend of fruit, herb, and spice essences is better after time open. Plums and blackberries are more evident as the cherries settle down with the softening of tannic quality by oxygen. And in that breath comes menthol, mint, and lilac. The body is just above medium with a very smooth mouthfeel and sufficient length for clove and earth to provide a chewy ending. I'd like to pick up more and hold it 5 years.

7/20/19, 12:13 PM - Yep. I got my bottle through nakedwines. I use this site to "log" my wine experiences, in general, so that's why it's a duplicate of what I contributed to the other site.
