  May 11, 2019 - Solid vintage. Red fruited, fresh cherry, mixed with pepper and mineral notes. Great stuff as always.

  5/11/19, 7:35 PM - I like Foillard with about 5yrs to soften the acidity(13 is great now). However, this bottle was quite approachable. No harm in opening now. I’d save some for night 2. Ours got crushed in about 2hrs so didn’t get much evolution time.
