  May 13, 2019 - Tasted at the winery a couple weeks ago. Bought three and had one with Black Cod tonight. Very enjoyable wine. Light lemon yellow color. Very clear. Medium-light bodied. Dry, good acidity. Lots of green apple, mineral, and a bit grassy. Very long citrusy finish. Improved with air and as it warmed up to room temperature. Glad we have a couple more. Drink or hold for next 3-5 years.
