May 15, 2019 - Light crimson colour. Light aroma of spice, pepper and sweet berries. Surprising medium bodied given the light colour. 3 weeks on skins. Very smooth, balanced acidity, which I don’t always find in Pinot Noir. Chocolate, hazelnut, plum. Very enjoyable, I would gladly buy again.
