  May 17, 2019 - Lunch wine with friends on a Friday afternoon.
  The 1996 Hermitage Blanc showed enticing notes of noble wood, apricot kernels, almond blossoms, roasted almond slivers, pecan nuts and herbs. Creamy on the palate with notable dry extract and great balance. Fantastic length. Fresh with a lot of life left to revisit this remarkable Chave in 5 years.
  
  Der 1996 Hermitage Blanc zeigte feinduftende Noten von noblem Holz, Aprikosenkernen, Mandelblüten, gerösteten Mandelsplittern, Pecannüssen und Kräutern. Wundervolle Cremigkeit am Gaumen mit spürbarem Extrakt und toller Balance. Fantastische Länge mit ausreichender Vitalität um diesen Chave auch noch in 5 Jahren problemlos genießen zu können.
