  May 19, 2019 - Just. Beautiful. Best CDP I've had in a while. Old school and truly delicious. Fully mature and begging to be enjoyed. From our cellar and stored since release. Decanted for sediment. Lovely bouquet which filled the room. Beautiful dark garnet color, with a hint of browning. Rich, vibrant, luscious and smooth as silk all night. Full bodied and perfectly balanced. Layers upon layers of flavors....changing constantly as the night progressed. Dark fruits, strawberry, figs, garrigue, currants, graphite, roasted clove, bacon, and just enough funk to have no doubt of it's origin. Long lingering finish. I wish I had more.
