May 24, 2019 - Monte de Oro Blind CA Meritage Tasting (Temecula, CA): Tasted blind. By far the most interesting of the three Monte de Oro wines served blind. The nose is restrained but shows some mint and eucalyptus. Ripe dark fruits, minerals, oak and dill to go with the chewy tannins on a lengthy finish.
