  August 7, 2008 - Drank this with meatloaf, inspired by a Booby Flay food channel recipe.
  Aromas of dark berries, mint, toffee, chocolate and violets.
  Good balance of acid and soft tannins, initially very fruit forward with plums, mint, and herbal notes, changes quickly in the glass to leather, tobacco and mint. Really enjoyable, probably is at its peak right now. Among one of the best californian Cab Francs we have had.
