  May 30, 2019 - Delicious. Decanted for about an hour. Med-heavy body but elegant. Wonderful. Floral nose. Tasty to drink, nice complexity (blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, mineral, forest floor, baking spices). Just wonderful. Perfect with some fresh wild Copper River salmon. Wish I had more. Drink now with a decant or continue to hold.
