  June 2, 2019 - 5/31/19 - had it with a beef filet. Nose was correct classic Syrah/cote rotie graphite, tar, meat, dark red fruit wonderful. Pallet was lacking. Felt shut down, Gassed it and dropped it in the fridge for 2 days. Cracked it open and enjoyed a very nice wine for the second half of the bottle. Let the other bottle sit for a while
