  June 2, 2019 - Enjoyed this bottle over two days. On day one it was open and pretty with notes of violets, mint, and black cherries. Day two this wine clamped down and the tannins took over. Was very dark, more savory, and clinched. I will give my next bottle a few more years before checking back in.
